So impressed with this company. Our Jeep was acting funny so we pulled over on I-95, not the ideal place but at least on a shoulder. We put in a call for a tow truck and had great communication with Ricardo the whole time. Professional, very friendly, very helpful and a welcome sight after being stranded.

When dispatch confirmed 20 minutes till arrival, he was right on time. Ricky was very personable, along with being quick and efficient. I felt safe and secure in his immaculate truck.
